Every staff member I came in contact with was both polite and attentitive to my needs. The rooms were fitted out well and a bed so comfortable I didn't want to get up in the morning,the on suite bathrooms were well done out and finished to a good standard,the wifi was good and always came back to a warm room in the winter months.
The staff were welcoming and eager to please. Everything is professionally presented, nicely done but not pretentious. All in all good value for money.
Great well run hotel with nice rooms and great food, staff very friendly and helpful, great views and scenery. Great lounge bar with loads of friendly local people and if you are there to see the fire festival that will be magic.
